RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Note: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@bluehour.com to initiate your return
  2. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping label
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Attach the return label to the outside of the package
  5. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns: We provide a prepaid return label for all domestic returns. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Free returns on defective items: If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bluehour.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
