SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $10
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $25
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $40

Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@bluehour.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
